1. Cancellations by Customer
No charges if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
50% of the fare will be charged for cancellations within 12–24 hours.
No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup or in case of a no-show.
2. Cancellations by Us
In the rare case we cancel due to vehicle unavailability or technical issues, a full refund will be issued promptly (if prepaid).
3. Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or UPI transfer.
