1. Cancellations by Customer
- No charges if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- 50% of the fare will be charged for cancellations within 12–24 hours.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup or in case of a no-show.
2. Cancellations by Us
In the rare case we cancel due to vehicle unavailability or technical issues, a full refund will be issued promptly (if prepaid).
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or UPI transfer.
