Bookings are made by calling us or via WhatsApp with your pickup details, destination, date, and time. Confirmation will include driver and vehicle details.
Fares are fixed and all-inclusive (no hidden charges). Please confirm accepted payment modes (cash, digital, etc.) at the time of booking.
You may cancel or modify your booking by informing us in advance. Cancellation charges may apply, depending on the timing and notice provided.
If a passenger is unavailable within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the ride may be canceled and a partial fare may be charged.
All drivers are trained, courteous, and professional. Your safety and comfort are our priorities.
Vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and air-conditioned, including sedans, SUVs, luxury cars, and tempo travellers.
We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to what is permissible by law.
